Dark Black Walnut

The amazing thing about black walnut dye, I use the green husks to extract the dye - not the nut!  This is a very old way of dyeing with this amazing fruit.  Only seasonally available in Fall.  This is a dark, rich, walnut brown which has amazing colorfastness and longevity.  I will be making more until I run out of dye.
